Partner Intake Program Terms

These Terms govern your participation in the Partner Intake Program offered by OVAS LLC.
Submitting the intake form does not create a partnership, commercial agreement, affiliate agreement, reseller agreement, or any formal relationship. It is solely a review and evaluation workflow.
1. Purpose of the Program
The Program allows us to evaluate potential partners in categories including:
- Individual Experts
- Agencies & Teams
- Tools / Products
- Audience & Media Partners
The Program exists to assess fit before extending any partnership opportunity.
2. No Guarantee of Acceptance
Submitting an application does not guarantee:
- Acceptance into the early partner cohort
- Access to our platform
- Referrals, leads, revenue, or visibility
- Any commercial, contractual, or financial arrangement
We reserve full discretion to accept or decline applicants.
3. Voluntary Participation
Participation is voluntary. You may withdraw by emailing: partner@aixery.com .
4. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, honest information. If any information is misleading or incomplete, we may decline or revoke participation.
5. Confidentiality
Information shared inside the Program is treated as confidential. We expect the same from applicants regarding any non-public information we share during evaluation.
6. No Legal Partnership or Employment
Nothing in this intake:
- Creates a legal partnership
- Creates an affiliate status
- Creates employment or contractor status
- Creates obligations on either party
Any future relationship will require a separate written agreement.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including operational stacks, frameworks, and platform previews, belongs to OVAS LLC. You may not copy, replicate, or redistribute this material without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
We provide the Program "as is" with no guarantees. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of New Mexico, USA.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
